Samsung Wind Free RAC Activation
As the leader in smart air-conditioning innovation, Samsung’s new Wind-free Smart Air-conditioner promised improved comfort by bypassing cool air from its conventional vents to the laser-cut micro holes that covered its all-metal housing.
This innovation eliminated the unwanted chilly sensations caused by cold air being blown directly to people thru the aircon’s vents. To raise interest on this new product, the agency designed an experiential booth enclosed in glass panels to demonstrate the fast cooling feature of the Samsung Wind Free Air-conditioner System inside a room.
By effectively communicating the benefits of the product, the activation achieved 4,443 customer-visits and engagements with 12% signifying strong intent to purchase. Furthermore, the campaign was directly involved in increased sales in its limited run yielding a 1.8x return of investment.
